RESOLVED:
That Cllr Rippon-Swaine be elected Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.

Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Panel.

That Cllr Ford be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Panel for the ensuing municipal year.

Dates and Times of Meetings To agree that the Panel will hold quarterly meetings on the second Tuesday of March, June, September and January, at 2.00 p.m., and that the dates for 2018/19 will be:
14 June 2018 13 September 2018 10 January 2019 14 March 2019
Minutes: It was noted that the Panel was due to meet on Thursdays, not Tuesdays, as stated in the agenda.
