1.	Election of Chairman To elect a Chairman of the Committee. (The Chairman of the Council will take the Chair for this item) Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Mrs Andrews be elected Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year.
2.	Appointment of Vice-Chairman To appoint a Vice-Chairman of the Committee. Minutes: RESOLVED: That Cllr Mrs Ward be appointed Vice-Chairman of the Committee for the ensuing municipal year. The Vice-Chairman of the Committee (Cllr Mrs Ward) in the Chair.
3.	Time of Meetings To agree the start time of meetings. Note: During the previous year meetings started at 9.00am. Minutes: RESOLVED: That meetings take place on Wednesdays at 9.30 a.m.
