Minutes:

Cllr Armstrong disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 15/10177 as a member of Hythe and Dibden Parish Council which had commented on the application.

 

Cllr Penson disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in applications 15/10755, 15/10760, 15/10822 and 15/10954 as a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the applications.  He disclosed a further non-pecuniary interest in application 15/10755 on the grounds that he knew the applicant’s agent from previous business negotiations.

 

Cllr Rippon-Swaine disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 15/11016 as a member of Ringwood Town Council which had commented on the application.

 

Cllr Rostand disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in applications 15/10755, 15/10760, 15/10822 and 15/10954 as a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the applications. 

 

Cllr Wappet disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in applications 15/10216 and 15/10278 as a member of Fawley Parish Council which had commented on the applications.

 

Cllr White disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in applications 15/10755, 15/10760, 15/10822 and 15/10954 as a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the applications. 

 

Cllr Wyeth disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 15/10276 as a member of the New Forest National Park Authority which had commented on the application.

Cllrs Rostand and White concluded that there were no grounds under common law to prevent them from remaining in the meeting to speak and to vote. Cllr Penson concluded that the degree of acquaintance was sufficient to potentially give the impression that he was biased and consequently abstained from voting.
