Minutes: Cllr Armstrong disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 15/10177 as a member of Hythe and Dibden Parish Council which had commented on the application.
Cllr Penson disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in applications 15/10755, 15/10760, 15/10822 and 15/10954 as a member of Lymington and Pennington Town Council which had commented on the applications. He disclosed a further non-pecuniary interest in application 15/10755 on the grounds that he knew the applicant’s agent from previous business negotiations.
Cllr Rippon-Swaine disclosed a non-pecuniary interest in application 15/11016 as a member of Ringwood Town Council which had commented on the application.
