Purpose:
The purpose of this report is to agree the
Council’s response to the Lymington and Pennington
Neighbourhood Plan, for consideration by an independent
examiner.
Decision:
On 21 May 2025,
Cllr Derek Tipp, the Portfolio Holder for Planning and Economy made
the following decision:
To agree the proposed response to the Lymington Neighbourhood Plan
consultation provided as Annex B.
Any member of the Council, who is not a Portfolio Holder, who
considers that this decision should be reviewed should give notice
using the call-in facility at the top of this page on the
Council’s intranet / extranet site. Alternatively, notice can
be given to the Monitoring Officer (in writing or by e-mail) to be
received ON OR BY 5.15 pm on 29 May 2025.

Reasons for the decision:
To enable Lymington and Pennington Town
Council to move forward with the examination of its Neighbourhood
Plan.
