Purpose:
As part of the annual review of budgets,
decisions are required to agree any non- statutory fees and charges
for the forthcoming financial year.
Decision:
On 11 October 2022, Cllr Steve Davies, the
Portfolio Holder for Environment and Coastal Services made the
following decision:
That the fees and charges detailed in Appendix A be agreed and
adopted from the dates shown.
That the Keyhaven river licence conditions and mooring regulations
for 2022 as detailed at Appendix B of the report be adopted from
1st November 2022.
Any member of the Council, who is not a Portfolio Holder, who
considers that this decision should be reviewed should give notice
using the call-in facility at the top of this page on the Council's
intranet / extranet site.
Alternatively, notice can be given to the Monitoring Officer
(Grainne O'Rourke) (in writing or by e-mail) to be received ON OR
BY 5.15pm on Tuesday 18 October 2022.
