10. Contaminated land - Investigation and risk assessment:

 (iv) An appraisal of the remedial options providing details of the data that will be collected in order to demonstrate that the works set out in (iii) are complete and identification of any  requirements for longer term monitoring of pollutant linkages, and maintenance arrangements for contingency action.

 

 13. Contaminated land - report unexpected contamination:

In the event that contamination is found at any time when carrying out the approved development that was not previously identified it must be reported in writing immediately to the Local Planning Authority. No further development shall be carried out in the affected area until an investigation  risk assessment is undertaken in accordance with the requirements of condition 10, and where remediation is necessary a remediation scheme  must be prepared detailing how the contamination will be dealt with in accordance with the requirements of condition 11, which is subject to the approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority. Following completion of measures identified in the approved remediation scheme a verification report must be prepared, which is subject to the approval in writing of the Local Planning Authority.

 

15. Battery Safety Management  Plan and Emergency Response Plan

These approved mitigation  measures shall be implemented in full prior to the first operation of the approved development and subsequently in accordance with the schemes timing and phasing arrangements. The approved measures shall be retained and maintained through the lifetime of the development.
